We’re pleased to announce that Wisconsin Place was a Silver Award winner at this year’s ICSC Design and Development Awards in the category of “Innovative Design and Development of a New Project”.
This award recognizes Wisconsin Place for bringing new life to the former department store site and clearly creating a retail focus point for Chevy Chase. On hand to accept the award were New England Development’s David Gilmore, along with Arrowstreet’s Sean Selby.
