A part of Arrowstreet for over 20 years, Scott Pollack has worked on some of the firm's most complex commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments, helping steer these challenging projects through planning and approvals. Scott has also provided commercial and concessionaire planning for the National Park Service, and food/beverage and servicemen services planning for all of the branches of the US military. He is particularly interested in the interaction between community desires and developmental necessities, and strives to design projects that take these often conflicting issues into account.Scott is active on the Next Gen Committee of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies, the Nuestra Communidad Development Committee, and the Somerville Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. He holds a BSAD and a Master of Architecture degree from MIT. His fine art and figure photography has been exhibited, under some duress on Scott’s part, at Gargoyles on the Square here in Davis Square.
